Pimm’s No. 1 is a gin-based beverage popular in Great Britain. This is a great, refreshing summer cocktail. Traditionally, it is served with just a floating cucumber, but many variations include seasonal fruit. I prefer to shake everything together to impart more of the fruit, cucumber, and mint flavor into the drink. Feel free to add an additional garnish, if desired.–Kim Haasarud
