Raspberry-Meyer Lemonade with Tequila Recipe
Hands-On Time: 5 minutes | Total Time: 5 minutes | Makes 1 drink
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons fresh Meyer lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- About 10 raspberries
- 1 mint sprig
- Ice cubes
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 ounces blanco tequila
Directions
- 1. Combine the lemon juice and sugar in a large glass and stir to dissolve the sugar. Add the raspberries and mint.
- 2. Lightly mash the raspberries to release some of their juices. Add a few ice cubes, the water, and tequila. Give it a good stir and enjoy.
