Great food in here.
I never actually thought about Portuguese food before, but after seeing a television show with delicious food and cooks from there, I am defeinately more interested in learning some of these recipes!! Thank you for a chance to win!
Tracey, I’m happy to see you’re interested in Portuguese. you’ll find a bunch of Portuguese recipes on the site, and I’d be happy to answer any questions you have.
…and you are so nice too!!!
I was lucky enogh to win an autographed copy of this book from this site (Thanks again, David). The first recipe I had to try was the Orange-Olive Oil Cake. It came out great! A rarity for me, as my baking skills are poor at best. Also the grilled chicken in piri-piri sauce was fantastic. This is now my favorite cookbook.
Keith, so glad you like the cookbook and the two recipes. It’s always a pleasure to hear from past cookbook winners.
I have started to experiment with Portuguese food. This would be great. You guys have the most awesome giveaways. Now, all i have to do is win one of them. :-)
Never thought of putting olive oil in a cake, or oranges either. This is gonna be one I try to make during the Christmas holidays. It does sound intriguing, and I am always looking for something really different.
Much of my Air Force career was spent in Europe, but I never made it to Portugal, despite volunteering. I think that this book is superb.
Chuck, thanks. That’s very kind of you.
This book sounds fantastic. I love experimenting with other country’s food.
Portuguese cooking is often overlook but it is delicious. Maybe it will become trendy one day. Thanks
This looks like a great cookbook. I’d love to impress my Portuguese friends with some of the recipes. Thanks for the opportunity to win such a diverse cookbook.
I’d love to make some Portuguese dishes. My husband is part Portuguese and some of the best dishes he remembers were those made by his great-aunt that passed away about 16 years ago.
David I love the new look of your website!
Thanks, Deborah!
