Giveaway All-Clad Chicken Roaster

A little ingenuity yields maximum flavor in this medium-sized roaster from All-Clad. The pan is designed with a detachable suspension arm that can be inserted into the chicken to hold it a few inches above the pan’s surface. The result is uniform browning, leaner cooking, and plenty of spare room in the pan for roasting vegetables. A reservoir at the arm’s tip can be filled with wine, beer or other flavor infusers. This roaster’s low flared silhouette gives poultry maximum exposure to the oven’s heat for even cooking. All-Clad’s triple-ply bonded metal construction features an aluminum core fused between layers of stainless steel.
