[Jill Mulcahy] Though incredibly easy to prepare this dessert, reminiscent of Bananas Foster is suitable to serve to guests. Cinnamon, a dominant flavor, pairs well with the bananas. The warm sauce with its hint of orange is delicious over the vanilla ice cream. If you are looking to impress, ignite the sauce in the presence of others and immediately spoon over the ice cream.

[Kiyomi Welch] Par Excellence. Without question this dish has been the easiest Leite's testing recipe to prepare. In addition to the ease of preparation, the taste was absolutely incredible. The sauce was rich and caramel-y. The bananas and pecans were lively. By this I mean, the bananas were not mushy and the pecans added the necessary crunch to give the dessert an added flavor and texture dimension. I served this to six guests. Everyone was delighted and gave it the thumbs up. This one will receive a permanent place in my tried and true personal recipe book.
