I haven't made it in a while, so I needed the recipe as a reminder- thanks for posting!! No wonder this is a favorite of Lidia's family. I went with the "I had a theory" attitude and used boneless breast and thighs. I did cook it for less time. I couldn't get cherry peppers at my grocery, so I used pepperoncinis instead.
