Like many of the recipes available through Leite's, it is super-easy to make and is absolutely delicious. When purchasing your chorizo, make sure it's more sweet then spicy so as to complement the delicate flavors of the dish. I would recommend this to even the most picky fish eaters. :) Thanks!
