		<description>I made this for a dinner party and it was met with rave reviews for not only the soup itself but the clever roasted pumpkin serving bowl. Didn&#039;t even need a center piece!

To top each bowl, I roasted the seeds and sprinkled a few on each portion. However, be careful to not add too much salt to the seeds as the soup is salty enough.
