		<description>I &lt;strong&gt;always&lt;/strong&gt; have &lt;em&gt;rissóis&lt;/em&gt; in the freezer, and actually even if I have in mind to serve them for a dinner party. I always make and freeze them prior to deep-frying them. Somehow they have less of a tendency to explode than those not previously frozen!</description>
