They could probably tell you where they get them. Incidentally, Cactus also sells Pie in the Sky Besos (little triple chocolate treats) from Puerto Vallarta/Bucerias. I had seen them at the resto for years, but only realized where they were coming from on a recent trip to Sayulita, Mexico.
