Alisa Huntsman is the pastry chef at Nashville's historic Loveless Cafe. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, she’s also a food stylist, food photographer and recipe developer. In 2007, Huntsman wrote Sky High: Irresistible Triple-Layer Cakes.
