Anthony Bourdain really needs no introduction, though we thought we'd offer a gentle reminder that he's a chef, author, and the host of CNN's Parts Unknown. His previous series, No Reservations, ran from 2004-2012 and won two Emmy Awards. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, he chronicled his experience in restaurant kitchens in the famously candid Kitchen Confidential and has since written nearly a dozen more books. His work has also appeared in The New Yorker, New York Times, Bon Appétit, Gourmet, Vanity Fair, and Lucky Peach, among other publications.
