Bal Arneson, a proponent of healthful Indian inspired cooking, is the host of Cooking Channel’s Spice Goddess and the author of two cookbooks, Everyday Indian, and Bal’s Quick and Healthy Indian. Bal has also appeared as a judge on Food Network’s Iron Chef America. She lives in Vancouver with her husband and two children.
