About Ben Cohen | Jerry Greenfield
Ben Cohen and Jerry Greenfield are lifelong friends and co-founders of Ben & Jerry's. They opened the first Ben & Jerry's in Burlington, VT, in 1978 and they haven't looked back since—except to say that Cohen began seriously testing ice cream flavors at the age of five and Greenfield is, in retrospect, glad he was not admitted to medical school.
