Carlyn Berghoff | Nancy Ross Ryan

Carlyn Berghoff is the CEO of the Berghoff Catering and Restaurant Group and is the fourth generation to continue the Berghoff legacy. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, she operates the Berghoff restaurants and caters out of Chicago's century-old Berghoff building. She lives in the city with her husband Jim and their three children. Nancy Ross Ryan is the founder of Fresh Food Writing in Chicago and works as a food writer and recipe developer. The Berghoff Family Cookbook is their first book together.
