Christopher Kimball is the founder, publisher, and editor-in-chief of Cook’s Illustrated and Cook’s County Magazine. He also hosts PBS’s America’s Test Kitchen and Cook’s County from America’s Test Kitchen, and is a regular contributor to NPR. Kimball is the author of more than 10 cookbooks, including Fannie’s Last Supper and The Kitchen Detective.
