Cindy Mushet has been a pastry chef and culinary instructor for nearly 20 years. Cindy began her career at Chez Panisse in Berkeley, CA, and went on to head many pastry kitchens in California. Cindy also wrote and published a quarterly baking journal called Baking with the American Harvest. Mushet is the author of the IACP award-winning cookbook, The Art and Soul of Baking. She lives in Los Angeles.
