She’s the owner of Wine Forest Wild Foods, a purveyor of wholesale truffles, dried mushrooms, seasonings and herbs, and preserves, all made from ingredients from the wild. Green also owns Wine Forest’s retail store front, Wild Foods in Napa.  She is the author of The Wild Table.
