Dolores and Jack Cakebread are the founders and owners of Cakebread Cellars in Napa Valley. Jack was photographer and mechanic while Dolores had a Masters in Gardening Certification from UC Davis. Together, they wrote The Cakebread Cellars Napa Valley Cookbook: Wine and Recipes to Celebrate Every Season’s Harvest.
