Dot Vartan has written four books, including Mad About Muffins and Is it Soup Yet? A Cookbook for Soup Lovers. Dot also serves as Associate Director of Culinary Research and Development for Culinary Sales Support, Inc., a foodservice agency in Chicago. She is a graduate of the The School of Culinary Arts at Kendall College.
