Eric Lanlard is a Master Pâtissier and twice winner of the Continental Pâtissier of the Year title. He launched Cake Boy, a café, cake emporium, and cooking school, in London. Lanlard can also be seen in the UK's Baking Mad with Eric Lanlard. He has authored over half a dozen cookbooks, including his most recent title, Tart It Up!.
