Ethan Stowell is a self-taught chef and the author of Ethan Stowell’s New Italian Kitchen. He’s also the eponymous executive chef and owner of Ethan Stowell Restaurants in Seattle, including How to Cook a Wolf and Anchovies & Olives. He was named one of Food & Wine’s Best New Chefs in 2008 and has been nominated multiple times for the James Beard Foundation’s Best Chef Northwest award.
