Felipe Fuentes Cruz and Ben Fordham are the owners of Benito's Hat in London. Born in Puebla, Mexico, Cruz decided to recreate his native cuisine across the pond. Fordham fell in love with authentic Mexican food when he lived in Texas and always wanted to bring those flavors to London. The two met in 2006 while working together in a Mexican restaurant and pursued their joint dream to open Benito's Hat in 2008. Real Mexican Food is their first cookbook.
