Jack Bishop is the editorial director of America’s Test Kitchen, where he established the tasting protocols as well as the book division. He also directed the launch of and oversees the editorial operations at Cook’s Country magazine. He joined the staff of Cook’s Magazine in 1988 and helped launch Cook’s Illustrated in 1993. Bishop lives in Sag Harbor, NY with his wife and two children.
