Judy Rodgers was the chef behind the celebrated Zuni Café in San Francisco, CA. A pioneer of simple, casual American cuisine based on traditional French and Italian cooking, she was named Outstanding Chef by the James Beard Foundation in 2004. She’s the author of The Zuni Café Cookbook.
