About Kir Jensen
Kir Jensen is the owner and chef of the Sugar Cube food truck in Portland, OR. A native Chicagoan, she first studied pastry at The Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago, and then interned at the prestigious Trio. She opened the Sugar Cube in 2008 and has since been featured in the New York Times, Los Angeles Times, and Travel + Leisure. The Sugar Cube is her first cookbook.
