Kitty Morse is an award-winning food writer and cooking teacher specializing in Moroccan and North African cuisine. Danielle Mamane is a native and current resident of Fez, Morocco. She’s an avid home cook, and when she’s not hosting dinners for family and friends, she can be found running a boutique in the Palais Jamai Hotel. The Scent of Orange Blossom, which celebrates the unique cuisine of Moroccan Sephardic Jews, is their first cookbook together.
