After years in the advertising biz, Matt Lewis and Renato Poliafito left their day jobs to open a bakery in Brooklyn called Baked, which opened in January 2005 to rave reviews. Since then, the bakery has been featured in magazines both local and nationwide, and the founders have been featured on OprahThe Food NetworkThe Martha Stewart Show, and The Today Show.
