Meg Ray is the chef and owner of Miette in San Francisco. She’s also the co-author of a cookbook by the same name, Miette. She began her career in Silicon Valley but eventually pursued her passion for baking and introduced Miette at the Berkeley farmers’ market in 2011. The bakery has since grown to include two locations and an online ordering service.
