Maggie Pond is the executive chef at César, a popular tapas bar in Berkeley, and has traveled extensively throughout the Iberian peninsula to research and garner new recipes. The three met while working at César and co-authored a cookbook by the same name, César, which was named one of Food & Wine’s “Top 10 Cookbooks of 2003.”
