Paulette Licitra is the publisher of the literary review Alimentum: The Literature of Food. She was food editor for the webzine Urban Desires, and food columnist for the Riverdale Press. Her work has appeared in the New York Times, Chicago Tribune magazine, Tea magazine, Global City Review, and others. She is also the second recipient of the Leite's Culinaria Scholarship for Narrative Food Writing.
