About Rachel Saunders

Rachel Saunders knows how to live a sweet life. After majoring in French and studying in Paris, she moved to the San Francisco Bay Area where she founded the Blue Chair Fruit Company. She spends her days concocting tantalizing preserves using local, seasonal fruit and teaching jam-making classes from her home kitchen. The Blue Chair Jam Cookbook is her first book.
