Rebecca Charles is the chef and owner of New York City's Pearl Oyster Bar, which opened in 1997 to popular acclaim. Deborah DiClementi is a former television producer and freelance writer whose work has appeared in Cooking Light and Marie Claire, among other publications. They're the authors of the cookbook and memoir Lobster Rolls and Blueberry Pie .
