Ron Suhanosky and Colleen Marnell-Suhanosky opened the popular Sfoglia restaurants on Nantucket and in Manhattan after extensive travel and culinary training in Italy. Following the restaurants' successes, the Suhanoskys opened the Tutto Sfoglia shop, which features the same Italian breads and pastries served at their restaurants. They live in New York City.
