Shelley Wiseman is a food editor, teacher, and author of Just Tacos. She developed recipes for Gourmet magazine for 12 years and has cooked professionally in France, Mexico, and the U.S. over the last 25 years. She's also the co-author of The Mexican Gourmet and previously hosted a radio program in Mexico City called “The Creative Cook.”
