Sophie Wright ran the kitchen at Beach Blanket Babylon in Notting Hill at age 20, making her one of the UK's youngest-ever executive chefs. She now runs an eponymous catering company and regularly takes part in national and international culinary competitions. She's also the author of easy peasy and Home at 7, Dinner at 8.
