Susan Spicer is a New Orleans-based chef and owner of two restaurants, Bayona and Mondo, and the artisan bakery, Wild Flour Breads. Chef Spicer won the James Beard Award for Best Chef, Southeast in 1993, and was inducted into the James Beard Who's Who of Food and Beverage in 2010. Spicer is also the author of Crescent City Cooks: Unforgettable Recipes from Susan Spicer's New Orleans.
