Susanna Foo is a James Beard award-winning chef known for her fusion of traditional Chinese ingredients and classical French techniques. Born in Mongolia and raised in Taiwan, she moved to the United States in 1967 and opened her eponymous restaurant after training at the Culinary Institute of America. She's since written two cookbooks, Susanna Foo Chinese Cuisine and Susanna Foo Fresh Inspiration.
