About Yvonne Solvia

Yvonne Soliva is the chef and owner of Le Moulin de Lambesc, a small restaurant housed in a restored 15th century olive oil mill in the village of Lambesc north of Provence. She opened Le Moulin de Lambesc in 1973 after closing the Parisian restaurant she'd run since 1953. She's since tried twice to retire, but her food just kept diners coming back for more.
