Anjum Anand has worked in restaurants in New York, Los Angeles, and New Delhi, but her real love is Indian home cooking. She shares this passion as the host of the Cooking Channel's Indian Food Made Easy and as a regular contributor to the UK's Times Online. She's also the author of nearly half a dozen cookbooks, including her most recent title, Indian Vegetarian Feast. Anand travels regularly to India but lives in London with her husband and two children.
