Battman Studios

Alan Batt has photographed New York City scenes since 1980 and has shot everything from the NYC Firefighters calendar to Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. His work has been published in the New York Times and Crain's New York and has been displayed at the Empire State Building. Most recently, Batt—or "Battman," as he's known—photographed and self-published a dozen cookbooks celebrating New York's finest chefs.
