About Caprial and John Pence
Husband and wife team Caprial and John Pence, who met at the Culinary Institute of America, have worked in many restaurants showcasing many cuisines. They eventually opened their own restaurants in Portland, Oregon, that focused on the flavors of the Pacific Northwest and co-authored a cookbook, Caprial & John's Kitchen: Recipes for Cooking Together. They've also shared their knowledge in cooking classes and in a TV show airing on American Public Television, Caprial and John’s Kitchen: Cooking for Family and Friends III.
