Daniel Humm and Will Guidara are the authors of Eleven Madison Park: The Cookbook and I Love New York. They're also the owners of NYC's The NoMad and Eleven Madison Park, which has received three Michelin stars and six James Beard Awards. Humm and Guidara serve as executive chef and general manager, respectively. A native of Switzerland, Humm began his culinary training early and earned his first Michelin star at the age of 24 as the executive chef of Gasthaus zum Gupf in the Swiss Alps. Hailing from Sleepy Hollow, NY, Guidara graduated from the school of hotel administration at Cornell University and attended culinary school in the north of Spain.
