Jason Kosmas started bartending at New York's Pravda, where he and partner Dushan Zaric were at the forefront of the martini craze that swept the late 1990s. Together they've opened Employees Only, followed by another bar, Macao Trading Co. They've also formed Cocktail Conceptions, a beverage consulting company, and written a book exploring riffs on classic cocktails titled Speakeasy.
