Leanne Kitchen worked as a chef for more than a decade before becoming a food and travel writer, editor, and food stylist. She co-authored The Produce Bible with Deborah Madison and has collaborated on several Gourmet Traveller cookbooks. When not traveling the world, she lives in Sydney, Australia, with her family.
