Lisa Dupar is a caterer and the chef of Pomegranate Bistro and POMBAR in Redmond, WA. She was born in Mexico City but grew up in Atlanta and Charleston. Her first cookbook, Fried Chicken & Champagne, was named after her favorite pairing and won the IACP Cookbook Award for First Book (The Julia Child Award) in 2011.
