Michael Anthony

Michael Anthony is the executive chef and co-owner of New York City's celebrated Gramercy Tavern. Originally from Cincinnati, OH, he received degrees from Indiana University and Paris’s celebrated Ferrandi culinary school. In 2012, Antony received the James Beard Award for Best Chef: NYC. The Gramercy Tavern Cookbook is his first book.
