Michael Recchiuti is the founder of Recchiuti Confections, an artisanal chocolate company in San Francisco. His passion for chocolate developed while training with Alain Tricou of Maxim’s and Deja Vu in Philadelphia. Recchiuti’s chocolates have been featured in The New York Times and Food & Wine, among other publications. Recchiuti is the co-author of Chocolate Obsession.
