Penny Pollack has been the dining editor of Chicago magazine since 1997. She helped produced “Through Thick and Thin,” a pizza feature in the magazine that was nominated for a James Beard award in 1998. Jeff Ruby is the chief dining critic at Chicago magazine and has written features on food, sports, travel, and celebrities. Pollack and Ruby are the authors of Everybody Loves Pizza.
