Rose Gray and Ruth Rogers

Rose Gray and Ruth Rogers are British chefs and food writers who founded The River Cafe in Hammersmith, London in 1987. They've since achieved worldwide acclaim for their simple, seasonal Italian cooking. Gray and Rogers are the authors of nearly a dozen cookbooks, including The River Cafe Cookbook and Italian Easy, and hosts of The Italian Kitchen on the UK's Channel Four.
